Adobe Brings Firefly and Express to Enterprises

Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE), a renowned digital experience solutions provider, has introduced an innovative generative AI offering, Firefly for Enterprise, at the highly anticipated Adobe Summit EMEA 2023. This groundbreaking solution aims to meet the growing demand for scalable digital content creation while optimizing costs and efficiency for enterprises worldwide.

With the ever-increasing need for captivating content across various business functions, Adobe's Firefly for Enterprise empowers every employee within an organization to effortlessly generate stunning, on-brand content, regardless of their creative skill level. Seamlessly integrated with Adobe Express or Creative Cloud, this powerful offering allows for easy editing and seamless collaboration.

Express, Adobe's all-in-one content creation app, acts as the perfect bridge between creative professionals and marketers. Offering seamless integration with popular Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Experience Manager, Express provides users with an extensive array of templates, fonts, stock images, videos, and music. Whether it's designing social media posts, videos, logos, or presentations, Express makes the process fast, efficient, and enjoyable.

David Wadhwani, President of Digital Media Business at Adobe, said, "Enterprise leaders expect content demands will increase by five-fold over the next two years, making it imperative for them to drive efficiencies internally. This new enterprise offering empowers users of any skill level to instantly turn ideas into content with Firefly, while tapping into the power of Express and Creative Cloud to quickly modify assets and deliver standout designs."

Firefly for Enterprise ensures commercial viability by generating professional-quality content at an unprecedented speed. Trained on a unique dataset consisting of Adobe Stock images, openly licensed content, and public domain content with expired copyrights, Firefly guarantees that content generated will not infringe upon other people's or brands' intellectual property rights.

Since its beta launch in March, Firefly has already produced over 200 million images, illustrating its scalability and effectiveness. Additionally, the seamless integration of Firefly with Photoshop has enabled users to generate over 150 million images in just two weeks using the remarkable Generative Fill feature.

To address the growing demand for transparency in content creation, Firefly automatically attaches a Content Credentials tag to indicate the use of generative AI in image creation. These digital "nutrition labels" provide essential information such as the name, date, tools used, and any edits made to the image, ensuring proper attribution and empowering consumers to make informed decisions about digital content.

Firefly for Enterprise will be available in the second half of 2023, accessible through the standalone Firefly application, Adobe Express, and Creative Cloud. Adobe is also planning to offer businesses the ability to train Firefly with their own branded assets, enabling content generation in their unique style and language through API-based automation. Additionally, Adobe provides IP indemnity for content generated by certain Firefly-powered workflows, instilling confidence in enterprises to deploy content across their organization.

Leading brands, including Dentsu, IBM, and Mattel, are already collaborating with Adobe to explore the potential of Firefly in driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and accelerating their content supply chains.

Adobe continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation by integrating AI capabilities into its products. With the introduction of Firefly and Express, Adobe is revolutionizing digital content creation for enterprises, offering speed, precision, and ease to workflows and empowering users at all skill levels to create exceptional content.
